Thank you for this diagram. I answer these questions constantly for the cook/chemist in our house. I don't know why I remember them and he doesn't (maybe if we did metric cooking measures in the US he would get it). Anyway, now I'm going to do one for the "how many tablepoons in a cup" question. I'll add in the number of teaspoons in a tablespoon as well. I'll probably pash on dash, pinch and smidgen.
